Balekisa was founded in 2021 by directors Mr Solomon Tlhomelang, owner of Unathi Rebaone Construction and Mr Owen Mc Cree, Owner of the Mc Cree Group of Companies. The drive behind Balekisa is to combine the expertise of these companies to provide a competitive, reliable and value adding service to industry clients.

ISO 45001 is the international standard Balekisa is working towards. We have a full-time health and safety partner contracted in to provide Balekisa with the best day-to-day management of the portfolio both internal as well as at our client sites.
As Balekisa also has contractors and service providers, these companies are subject to our contractor safety management system and measure in line with our own health and safety management system as per ISO 45001 standard.
